This Privacy Policy describes how we process personal data when using the Meta Leads app, available on mobile platforms. By using the app, you agree to the terms below.

3. Information we collect

Audio (microphone): We collect audio via the device microphone when you grant the RECORD_AUDIO permission. We record only what is necessary to enable voice-based features in the app.

4. How we use information

Audio is used exclusively to process voice recordings and provide features requested in the app. We do not use your audio for advertising or marketing profiling.

5. Legal bases for processing

Consent: you grant permission to use the microphone and can revoke it at any time in the device settings.

6. Information sharing

We do not share your audio data with advertisers or external analytics services. We may share strictly necessary data with providers that help us operate the app (e.g., hosting, processing), always under appropriate contracts and security measures. We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, or competent authority.

7. Storage, security, and retention

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect data (e.g., in-transit encryption via TLS, access controls). We store audio to allow re-listening and user support. If you prefer not to retain audio, you may request deletion at any time.

8. Data subject rights (LGPD)

9. Children and adolescents

The app is not directed to minors. If you are under 18, use the app with authorization and supervision of a legal guardian. If we identify data from minors without appropriate consent, we will remove such data.

11. Permission management

You can revoke the microphone permission at any time. Revoking may limit features that depend on audio.

12. Updates to this policy
